Town Meeting

Thanks to all who were able to make our "Town Meeting" today to vote on the future school we designed! I know most of us work and that it is very hard to drive here and back for a 30 minute presentation. We will try to do some night presentations this year as well. I will try and attach our Prezi presentation so you can view it here if you missed it or would like to review again about schools of the past, present, and future!! Once I figure out how to get the video off my phone and onto the blog I will let you know so you can watch the kids presenting too! Thanks again for coming. The kids worked hard for over a month learning this information, comparing it, writing and reading about it, and then deciding how to present it to you.

WOW!! Our kiddos have been working hard in our study of past, present, and future! We studied artifacts used in schools from long ago and compared them to our schools now. My favorite comment from another class was when looking at the mini black chalkboards, "Look, an old fashioned I-Pad!!" We have planned our school for the future and are busily writing about it's purposes in educating students. The students are also busy planning their presentation for the families. Take a look at a few of the future designs. We may have some architects here!
